Thank you, Snugglepot.
In The Mystery of Holly Lane, what is the name of the farmer whose sheep are worried by dogs?

Re: Find-Outers Series Quiz
Might a clue, such as the first letter of this sheep-farmer's name, jog someone's memory?
While my recall of the names of minor characters is poor, (especially if they aren't referred to by name repeatedly throughout the book), there are folk here with much better memories......

Thanks for the second clue, Eddie. Might that farmer's name be Meadows?

Re: Find-Outers Series Quiz
Many thanks, Eddie.
In which FFO + Dog book do these interesting lines appear? (The end of one sentence, and the whole of the next sentence have been omitted, to add to the, *ahem* fun. )
Everyone wanted to come, of course. So they all clambered over the wall,..... ..... Only Buster was left on the wrong side of the wall, tied up to a tree. He barked frantically and almost strangled himself trying to get free, but he couldn't.

Re: Find-Outers Series Quiz
I think the lines appear in The Mystery of the Disappearing Cat, Aurélien, and the missing end of one sentence and the whole of the next sentence are about Luke.
