Mystery and Suspense magazines

Post by Matthew Roberts »

There were ten magazines in all and Jemima Rooper (George in the TV series) was one of the writers. Tim Quinn, editor of the magazines, wrote a hilarious article for Journal 4.

As for buying copies, I don't know how easy they are to find - perhaps Tony can answer that. I have never seen a copy and have been looking for quite some time.

Mystery and Suspense

Post by Tony Summerfield »

No, I'm afraid that they are not very easy to buy at all. Occasionally they come up for sale on ebay, but it often proves the case that the more modern comics/magazines are the hardest to find.

Another difficult one to find which also featured the Famous Five is Enid Blyton's Adventure Magazine, which was first published in 1985.

Perhaps someone will post a message saying that they have them for sale!

I had the same problem a short while ago when I tried sending you a pm about the omnibus.

In case you don't know how to read your pm's this is what you do:

At the top of the page (when you are signed in) it either says
You have no new messages, or
You have .... new message/s

Just click where it says this and you can read your messages.
:D

For everyone else
To find out if someone has received the pm you sent them:
If its in the outbox they haven't read it yet
If its in the sentbox they have
:D
