Discussing continuation novels
I wonder if it was sensible to have a section to discuss continuation novels by other authors based on Blyton characters. Strictly spoken we could use the "Other authors" section, but as this section includes books that have nothing to do with Blyton, a separation of these two topics could be desirable.

I think that's a good idea, Wolfgang. Some have been mentioned from time to time but a dedicated thread would give more scope for praise as well as criticism, concentrated in one place.

I think that's a good idea too — and perhaps we could move the discussions of the EBS weekly serials there as well? Those are continuation novels too (and a lot better than some of the officially published ones! ) and I think it would be easier to find the discussions of them if they were in a dedicated "Continuation Novels" forum rather than in the one for discussions about the website itself.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)
