Hi all,
I noticed this before: I can only access my private messages if I get another one sent from EBS.
So I was wondering if there is another way to access private messages?
Of course I tried User Control Panel, but that one gives people only the opportunity to write a private message, but not to access one's private messages.
Of course I lost my password AGAIN , so I really don't know what to do.
Do I need my password in order to access my private messages or is there a way around?
Thanks in advance,

Top of the board, to the right of User Control Panel it should say - (0 new messages) - click on that to get to all your messages.
Or click User Control Panel, and at the top of that, Private Messages. It will automatically start a new message but all your previously received ones can be accessed via their folders on the left.
If you're already logged in you shouldn't need your password again to read or send PMs.

Hi Fiona,
Thank you for helping me. Now I know how to find them.
Yes, it works without a password.

It works because you are logged in. As Fiona said, you need your password to log in and then see your PMs.
