HELLO my name Is Betty Redondo and I work for BBC 5 Live .. we are interested in having someone on form the Enid Blyton Society to talk about the rewriting of her bookls to get rid of the antiquated languaeg -- as reported in today's Guardian ( sat 24th |July) .. I would be interested in listening to the programme when it is on air. I can listen using iplayer I suppose.

Are these interview requests for real though? I always thought the BBC was the gold standard for quality English, but all three request posts are riddled with errors. :?

I wondered if they were for real, too. Surely the BBC would do the thing properly and contact Tony Summerfield directly, rather than put a post on that anyone could reply to?

If it's for real, it should be quite interesting. :)
