My HTML is off, and I can't figure out how to enable it. Any help?

HTML is disabled for all users, but I can enable it, if you would like.

I just checked my profile, and there's an option - "Always Allow HTML" - yes or no. "No" is selected in mine, perhaps it's in everyone's profile?

That's because Matt went ahead and enabled it, Ming. It wasn't an option before.
