It means it's permanently at the head of the page and won't fall down the thread lists even if it hasn't been posted in for ages :). Only mods and admins can sticky threads.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.
I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate.
All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
Time to die.

I don't think so Moosy. When I started a topic in the Journal Forum of your Europeforum, I got options - post this as sticky topic or normal topic.

Really? That's very odd, you shouldn't be able to. Have you actually tried it tho? I think you would get a message saying you couldn't but I dunno for sure :). Give it a go..

I'd always think twice before I questioned the young lady, Moose.
This is a Green Knight Book which means that it is a book by one of the most popular authors of all.

I still am. I started another sticky thread, but deleted it as it is useless to do that several times. I am also able to make my sticky topics normal again - what IS happenning?!

Ack! Get out of it, you! Tony, Keith, there's a Moose in our cockpit!

Were you really able to post a sticky topic, Ming? That's odd! I had set it as moderators only. Which forum was it? Could you do it again and leave it there, so that I can take a look?
