Wow! Excellent reports by all, and by the sounds of it an even better Day than last year! I am extremely envious, but happy you all had such a good time. If it's okay with everyone, I'd like to start cribbing from your posts and photos and put together a page for the main site.
I said to Tony the other day, via email, that I think next year's Day is going to be bigger still, and perhaps we should move the venue to a castle! And make it a 2-day event; from all that I've heard, and from what I remember last year, the Day is over way too quickly. Oh, and I think we should have lights a-flashing from a nearby tower, and we should all follow a secret passage underground that leads to the sea where wreckers once smuggled goods ashore... Hmm, well, okay, maybe I'm going too far.
But next I WILL make it, by gosh!

I asked Nigel if it was okay, and he said he was dying to know it.Ming wrote:Nigel, do you mind if I post it?
Jane said she hoped Nigel didn't cut himself. He wasn't scared while attending others, messing about with blood, but if he saw his own, he faints.
She also mentioned that Nigel didn't know how to swim, in spite of her desperate attempts in trying to get him to go to the swimming bath.
Jools, the pics will be up soon, when I manage to upload them in Photobucket
