I can relate to that problem. It is a normal occurrence every time the journal has arrived.

Re: Journal 64
Funny how the Journal always seems to be due on a Thursday...the one day when we never seem to have a postal delivery for some reason!!

Re: Journal 64
My copy has just arrived in the post. Many thanks indeed, Tony. It looks great and its arrival today is an early birthday treat, which I shall enjoy fully this evening.
'Go down to the side-shows by the river this afternoon. I'll meet you somewhere in disguise. Bet you won't know me!' wrote Fatty.

Received my copy too - hooray! Just had a quick flick through and smiled at Julie's article "Seasonal Blyton" I've got a stack of Enid's Christmas related books (new compilations and vintage ones) to dive into next month to lead up to Christmas Day along with the latest journal - terrific stuff. A quick well done to you all and Tony too, of course! Dashing off to next medical appointment now!

I've not got mine yet, Rob, so you're not on your own. The postal system forgets that people live beyond the Tamar Bridge.

Re: Journal 64
I really like the additional colour pages...even if they did end up costing more than Tony thought! Love the contents page!
Looking at my article (which I always check over first!) I see a mistake...not sure if it was mine or happened later...'and big-headedness.' rather than 'and big-headedness cured...' Apologies if this was a typo...

Mine's come too! Thank you, Tony. It looks great! I'm going on shift very soon so won't be able to dig into it yet, but I can see there are lots of articles that sound intriguing and I'll look forward to reading them.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Re: Journal 64
Thanks Daisy! The trouble is, I actually have three saved drafts of my article and I might have sent the wrong one, lol!
The Journal is looking great so far - really only read the editorial and looked at the illustrations - but I shall delve deeper shortly!

Just got back in from the hospital and the Journal was on the mat. Whoopee!
