Will the Fiddler

Judith Crabb's review of Will the Fiddler is available to read in the Cave - click on Updated May 28 (top right of screen) to see it.

Will the Fiddler is a difficult book to find and I've never read it, but I like the idea of Will being a benign Pied Piper. Enid was something of a benign Pied Piper herself, with her stories entrancing children and taking them on a journey of sorts, and I've always found her folk-type tales mesmerising.

I agree, Pete. What a pity these small books are almost impossible to find. Great cover illustration.
An informative, concise review too, Judith.
Thanks for uploading, Tony.

Thanks for the appreciative notes, Pete and John.
The book is 'small' in the sense that it is a slim volume - 24 pages if you count the covers. In format it is 27 cm x 20 cm, larger than the Holiday book series, which makes that excellent cover all the more eye-catching.
