The Secret Trail Cottage on Corfe Common

Hi everyone - I am planning a visit to Dorset and am intrigued to read of directions to the Secret Trail cottage on Corfe Common - and the stream/spring. Following those directions with aerial photography is confusing me a little. Am I right in thinking the cottage is on the southern edge of Corfe common? If anyone could give a grid reference I would be most grateful. I can't wait to explore the area. Many thanks.

I seem to have read that somewhere in this area is where you can retrace the steps on places that inspired Enid - in Five Go To Mystery Moor and Secret Trail. I can't vouch for authenticity, but it might be worthwhile (or is it 'worth while'?)researching this area.
