Not with me it hasn't. I shall always bang the drum for the Secret Seven, the books are the perfect introduction to Enid's work.

The Secret Mountain and The Secret Island are in a permanent tussle for top position as far as I'm concerned!

The Secret Mountain is the best book in that series. It's a cracking adventure story.

Re: Least Favourite Enid Blyton Series?
I'll probably have to re-read the likes of Secret Mountain and Killimooin at some point, to see if I enjoy them any more nowadays, as I usually leave them out of my re-reads of the Secret series.
I don't think I will enjoy them much more, though, as it's very much personal preference and I've never really been fond of those books set in Mountains, secret forests, etc. Or of the fantasy (goblins, fairies, etc) type books. Instead, I'm much fonder of the books having more familiar settings like in the Find-Outers, Secret Seven, Famous Fives.
