Lovely pictures Anita. Particularly interesting to see the interior of the Baptist church, a room in which Enid must have sat many times. Thanks for posting them.

Thanks for the comments. I too was particularly interested in the Elm Road Baptist Church and Sunday School room as they had clearly changed very little since Enid's day.

Lovely photos, Anita. Elfin Cottage looks lovely. I'm glad you managed to get a picture of the poison bottle. What a great little story that was.

Now I'm hoping this will work for Non-facebookers as well cause I've spent blooming ages trying to upload these and sort through.

I have decided to give you all the links from the weekend when Fiona came down and we went to all sorts of Blyton-y places. So I'll link the albums invidually so you can choose what you see!

First off: Blyton Close, Bekonscot, and a little bit of Bourne End.

Secondly (and the most relevent): Beckenham Tour

Thirdly: Old Thatch and Bourne End.

I'll post the group picture I took seperately when I get a chance to get on photobucket. Hope you can see them all!

Enjoy!

I am not quite sure how I got onto Facebook but I seem to be registered - quite frightening really. Mind you I often don't know how things happen! :)
