I read this:On 28 August 1924 Blyton married Major Hugh Alexander Pollock and then the couple moved to Buckinghampshire. For some reason, 1956, comes to my mind because I think that was when she went to the Lake District then BUT don't take my word for it...

Hi Folks!! Just thought you might like to see these images of Enid's & Hugh Pollocks arrival from their cruise in 1930 on the Stella Polaris.
It gives their names,addresses,ages & occupations!!
Pay attention to Enids occupation it says NIL

Seems to some kind of permissions failure stopping Daisy and I from viewing the
pictures. Perhaps it's something to do with not having access to Ancestry.co.uk.
