My condolences to his family and friends. I would really like to see his The Western Approaches film. On a recent trip to Liverpool I visited The Western Approaches Museum which documents the Second World War battle of the Atlantic. It is housed in the original building from which the battle was plotted and fought and was an extremely interesting experience. It must have been quite a difference for him to make The Famous Five but hopefully he enjoyed the peacetime conditions a little more better than the wartime ones. RIP.

I wasn't familiar with Pat Jackson's name but he obviously did some great work. My condolences to his family and friends.

Ditto.

What a great age to reach. If my mental faculties don't get any worse, I would love to think I have another 35 years of life ahead of me. Mind you, I might worry when I'm 94...
