I'm not sure whether it's possible to add a poll to a thread if a poll wasn't included from the start. If not, a new thread will have to be started for the poll. A link to the new thread could be given here.

Re: 30th Anniversary of the "The Famous Five" 1978
I too agree that we should have a poll. By the way, if the the chosen episode is not available on Youtube, then I can quite easily rectify the situation, just don't tell Chorion!Anita Bensoussane wrote: Perhaps we should have a poll as Lucky Star suggested?Anita

Probably Corion is clandestinely monitoring these TV-threads in here.

I should imagine that the staff at Chorion have got better things to do! However, I don't know how many times it has to be said, but Chorion do not own the copyright to these films.peppermint peppy wrote:Probably Corion is clandestinely monitoring these TV-threads in here.

Hi Tony,
Thoughts are free.-
Please chill!Come back down.Chorion will cope with it!
And I didn't start this thread to liven up hoary discussions about blah blah.....you know.
The only thing I want to do in here is to celebrate ,change memories and thoughts about this series and one or two scene.
To have a compilation of this 78/FF-series is a very old wish of mine.It exists for decades. From time to time I do make some words about it.
Regarding Chorion:
Yes I agree .You have got right. They should do more important things!

Now that we have the poll results, here are the Youtube links for for the winning episode, Five Go To Smugglers Top. I have already posted this on the poll thread, but I hope that no-one will mind me repeating it here as well. It should make life easier for those of you without VHS or DVD copies of the series. Both the 70s and 90s versions are approximately 45 minutes duration and originally broadcast as two parters. Due to the Youtube 10 minute file limit they are divided here into six parts each.
Five Go To Smuggler's Top 1970s Southern TV series
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6
Five Go To Smuggler's Top 1990s HTV series
Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6

This is weird. I'm getting the message, "Sorry, this video is not available" for all those videos, Petermax. Have they been deleted?
