seeking book title
My husband (born 1961 in Leeds) remembers reading a book, he's pretty sure by Blyton, that was about a group of children who find an abandoned house in the woods and fix it up.
Any ideas? Sorry this is so vague!

I think you will find that the book you are looking for is The Treasure Hunters originally published by Newnes and then republished by Collins. Check it out on our Book Listing http://www.enidblytonsociety.co.uk/auth ... php?id=307 and see if either of the covers ring a bell.
Best wishes

thank you!
"The Treasure Hunters" is definitely the book. When I read a summary of it, at http://www.enidblyton.net/others/the-tr ... nters.html, I saw a mention of "Mr. Pots-of-Money" and remembered that was the other clue my husband had given me.
Thanks so much! This will make an excellent Christmas gift.

I think it is just called Young Adventurers and the Lost Treasure
It is now actually called The Young Adventurers and the Hidden Treasure.
