The (Little?) Half and Half

Does anybody know
a) the proper title of a short story about a boy who wanders into a magic shop and finds a book that will tell him about his future - this book tells him two stories, what will happen if he's good and what will happen if he's naughty
b)which of the short story collections it is in?

I would really like to get hold of this story to read to my imp of a son to impress on him what can happen if you're naughty all the time!

Any ideas gratefully received!

The story comes from The Yellow Story Book and it's called "The Enchanted Book." A brilliant story!
