I vaguely remember a story where the kids are drugged with sleeping draught by the villains then imprisoned in a cave

Any idea which story this is?

One story which comes to mind is Five go to Smuggler's Top where Uncle Quentin is drugged and Sooty is knocked on the head and they are both imprisoned in a cave which connects to passages leading from Sooty's home. I wonder if this is what you are remembering pbsausie?
