Searching for circus story

I remember my friend had a circus story book which contained all three Mr.Galilleo's circus stories and another story which featured a girl who got sent to a circus to live with her uncle, who used to look after bears and seals, but now only looked after the bears. His daughter used to perform with the seals but she died. I think the girl's name was Fran, and she came to the circus first to help her aunt with stitching clothes, but soon became a performer with a baby bear called Bobo.
I cant remember the title of the book. Please help ^^;

The title of the story is Come to the Circus. The little girl was named Fenella. I did'nt know there was a single volume which collected all four books together. I have them as seperate books.
