Please help me find book title

I am searching for a book my mum read to me when I was a child. It was small, pocket sized and had a collection of short stories, fairly sure Enid Blyton. As I was young all I can remember was that the cover was plain, royal blue and one of the stories was about wallpaper that moved and another was a story about a spanky person. Not much to go on I know, would love to know what it was called and the other stories in that book to read to my daughter. Thank you

I've no idea whether this is the book you mean as I have never read it and don't know what stories are in it.

But the only Enid Blyton book I can think of with the word wallpaper in its title is:

'The Wallpaper Bunnies and other stories'

It is a Hard back Tell-A-Story book published by world international in 1983. I think it contains 9 stories.
