Great work, Barnard.
Arbuckle was a red herring for the silent film stars group.

I was very tempted to put Trotteville in the Fatty... group, but that would have made it too easy - though you got it within 4 minutes anyway! :)

Remaining clues:

Sid. Rain.
Mike. Low.
Word. Jevon.
Storm. Mickey.

I can see three kinds of cloud. Rain, Low and Storm.
The fourth must be either Word or Jevon.

There are also characters from Only Fools and Horses. Sid, Mike and Mickey. The fourth again must be either Word or Jevon. It’s probably Jevon as that sounds as though it may be a name.

All correct, Barnard. Well solved. :D

A word cloud is a group of words used to signify something, appearing in different sizes - and the bigger and bolder they appear, the more important they are. On quizzes for instance, they'll often be used as clues to describe a particular book or film or something.

And Jevon is a friend of Mickey Pearce and Rodney. He's more confident (and apparently successful) around women than the other two. It's around the time that Cassandra appears, and he's definitely in the Jolly Boys Outing episode.

Thanks, Bertie.
I’ll try to think of a wall when I get some ideas but, at the moment, I keep trying to think up cryptic clues.
I must try to come up with some Find-Outers. ‘pomes’ as well.

Yeah, same here.
Though I'm struggling at the moment to find the time to think up new walls / poems - and when I do have the free time, I'm in one of those slumps where I'm struggling to think any up!

Another of the walls I'm not entirely happy with...

Sound. Helmet. Fool. Drawbridge.
Beret. Chill. Doppler. Greaves.
Amound. Gauntlet. Butterfly. Ruffle.
Ripple. Domino. Couter. Actor.

I'm guessing we can have Sound Effect, Doppler Effect, Butterfly Effect, and either Ripple or Domino Effect.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Items that can be worn are Helmet, Beret, Gauntlet and Domino. I’m not very sure that is a connection, though.

Yes, Courtenay, the '... effect' group is correct. With Ripple as a red herring.

...Effect - Butterfly, Sound, Domino, Doppler.

Items that can be worn is pretty much a connection, Barnard. But I had a specific type of thing in mind and only a couple of your suggestions are in it.

Helmet. Fool. Drawbridge.
Beret. Chill. Greaves.
Amound. Gauntlet. Ruffle.
Ripple. Couter. Actor.

How about RASPBERRY preceding Fool, Chill, Ruffle and Ripple?

Helmet, Gauntlet, Greaves and Couter are items of armour.

Maybe drawBRIDGE, cHILL, aMOUND and acTOR are synonyms.

Yes, pretty much all correct. Well done. :D

The suit of armour group is spot on.

For the Raspberry... group, I went with Beret (Raspberry Beret, a Prince song) with Chill as a red herring.

The synonyms of hill type words at the end is correct, though it's drawbRIDGE (for ridge) to go with cHILL, aMOUND, acTOR.
