Bets sat down suddenly because her knees began shaking.
"I’ve got that feeling again,” she said earnestly. “You know – that something is wrong with Fatty.”

I think we have a slight problem here, as to the best of my knowledge each new word has to start with the same letter as the last letter of the previous word...am I correct?

You are, Boodi. I was just about to say deviating from the original way does open it up a bit more!

If there are particular rules, they need to be added to the first post. I'm happy for Boodi to add them if she likes, but if not I could do it.

Re: Easter Word Chain Game
I was the first one to deviate, S-Dog2001, so not your fault you followed suit. It's a few months since the last game at Christmas, so it had slipped my mind that the the next word should have started with the last letter of the previous one. You weren't a member at Christmas so without the 'rules' you weren't to know.S-Dog2001 wrote:Oh sorry
Let's correct it from here:
Egg - gratitude - Eastertide - events - Sunday - yummy -

(Thanks for the correction and when I first played the game at Christmas I also did not realise that one needed to start the word with the last letter of the previous word, although as Daisy remarked, a change in the rules would open it up and make the game easier)
