good clue Yan! I've got it now. Wasn't it in five run away together when they discover their boat has disappeared and someone asks George if she remembered to tie it up properly?
Bravo!
Dick is the one who's asking this.

"Are you coming to tea?" was said in "Five on Kirrin Island" by Mr. Curton to the FF, shortly after they agreed to be friends.

"There's something very familiar about that face"

That's George in Five Have a Wonderful Time, looking through her binoculars at the face at the window of Faynights Castle (I won't say whose face it is in case someone hasn't read the book.)

Well that's queer! I thought that, and looked through my copy to confirm, and couldn't find that quote!

Julian says, "I didn't recognise the likeness," and in a later chapter when George sees the face, my copy just says, George was so astonished that she cried out!

Curious. Or am I missing the point, and George says in in the tv episode but it is not in the book?

You've got it right! This quiz is just on the 78 series. That's why I can only read and not join in :( I've yet to watch the series, although there are times when its still possible to guess the episode as you found with FHAWT.
Below is Georges rules from when she first set up this thread:
George@Kirrin wrote:Same rules as per the other series quizzes...
A quote from a character in one of the episodes, the guesser has to know, who said it, in what episode and if possible to whom.

Thanks Raci. This is one reason why I tend to stick to books (any author). It grates with me that characters are saying things which the author never intended.

That's Block talking to the children in "Five go to smuggler's top".
But I think the correct quote is: "Mr. Lenoir wishes to see you all in his study. Immediately"

Who said this:

"I could kill you for this"

"I could kill you for this" was from five get into trouble, said by Rooky?

Yeah, said by Perton at the final. And Julian replies: In that case I won't visit you in jail! :)

Now it's your turn, Georgina!

Easy one...

"Who are you working for this time? Russia? China? America?"

Really easy one
That's Mr. Johnson in "Five on Kirrin Island", talking to Mr. Curton.

And now:
"How many more times do I have to ask you not to make so much noise?"

I think that's at the beginning of Five Go to Demon's Rock. An exasperated Uncle Quentin is speaking to the Five and Tinker.

"Who the Dickens is Timmy?"

[Quotation:] "Who the Dickens is Timmy?"

[George@Kirrin:] 'Uncle Quentin in Five on Kirrin Island when George tells him she got his notebook and gave it to Tim. She replies "A friend, he came with me" '

I think (though I may be wrong) that Uncle Quentin just said, "Who is Timmy?" at that point. I'm thinking of a different episode entirely, and a different speaker.
