Re: Title Anagrams
Not sure that really narrows it down!
I think I can safely say its not a Famous Five book, nor a Secret Series, Secret Seven, Noddy or Adventure Series book. Unfortunately that leaves a lot of books still...

Yes, you can safely assume it is none of them, Fiona. However, you only have to check through the posts of the last 24 hours to find the answer.

Re: Title Anagrams
I've been checking posts from the last 24 hours and haven't yet found any that mention books other than the Famous Five, which this can't be, as it doesn't have the letters for "Five" in it.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

You haven't checked closely enough then, Courtenay. I read the post this afternoon which prompted me to make my earlier comment.
It was made during the early hours of today.

Re: Title Anagrams
Nope, I've also just trawled through all the posts from Sunday morning and apart from the Famous Fives I've only seen posts mentioning Malory Towers, Playbox Annual and the Five Find-Outers

I did the same ... what have we missed, I wonder. I thought of Bimbo being in the title - 2 Bs featuring, but can't find anything that fits.

Re: Title Anagrams
If this is right, it really should go to Daisy, as I don’t think I would have remembered without her post... is it Christmas with Scamp and Bimbo?

Thanks, Boatbuilder. I'm just at the tail end of a holiday in Cornwall and am doing the whole drive back to Kent tomorrow, so I may not have time for a while, but I'll see what I can do!

Haven't forgotten this game, by the way — I just haven't had time to sit down and work out an anagram! I should be able to get to it over the weekend, if not earlier.
