Re: Blyton Ditloids Quiz
How's this? Ruth and Connie Batten were now in the fifth form together?

Re: Blyton Ditloids Quiz
Very close but one letter (which changes the whole meaning) is wrong.
"It's the ash! It's falling!" yelled Julian, almost startling Dick out of his wits...
"Listen to its terrible groans and creaks!" yelled Julian, almost beside himself with impatience.

Re: Blyton Ditloids Quiz
It must be not rather than now.
If this is the case, the next ditloid must be set by a Daisy. I wouldn't have had a clue about the correct answer is she hadn't worked it out so cleverly.

Re: Blyton Ditloids Quiz
Indeed it is they were NOT in the fifth form together. Connie (the bolder, bossier twin) is kept down, allowing Ruth to go up alone and develop her own personality and confidence.

Re: Blyton Ditloids Quiz
I think you should set the next one, as you were so close to the correct answer, Daisy. I only got one word right and I wouldn't have got anywhere near it without you. So go for it, Daisy!
