Yes, Georgy Girl is a great song for George. It's the kind of thing someone might sing about her when she's a little older and perhaps finds herself wanting to let her feminine side show a bit more, but is afraid of taking the first step.

I also agree that “I am a rock” is like George, especially as she was in the first book. Just have to change “poetry” to “dog” (in the words: my poetry to protect me.)

Love that song! Think it's actually called Bus Stop though, so perhaps it would also do for The Mystery of the Spiteful Letters!
