Shouldn't Mr Woosh be Mrs Woosh (Ern's aunt)? She features in the story, although her first name is not specified, whereas I think her husband is only mentioned in passing. I suppose you could list both, as 'Mr and Mrs Woosh (Ern's uncle and aunt)'.

Also, Glad and Gladys are the same person. (Glad and Liz are their daughters.)

Incidentally I wonder if Woosh is one of the names taken from the phone book!

     I thought I noticed a few errors, confused characters, and duplications in the list, too, but didn't feel I had a clear enough view of the true situation to comment on it.
     It's a while since I read "The Mystery of the Vanished Prince" - is Bongawah the actual name of the prince?

Mr Woosh helps Ern build the treehouse, so he does do something somewhat relevant in the story.
