Anne. Julian's a pompous ass
.
Anne or Alicia?
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion.
I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate.
All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.
Time to die.

Oh, hard one! I really like Andy, but Alicia, because she's rather dashing, and complicated, and funny, and she does some terrible things, and she's just about my favourite Blyton character...
Alicia or Gwendoline Mary Lacey (another "dubious" favourite of mine!)

GML - I sooo wanted her to change her tactics and emerge as a credit to MT.
Gwendoline or Sally Hope?
Half term at last!

Gwen! Maureen's just a Gwen clone but without the things that make her interesting.
Gwen or Bobby? (st Clare's)

Gwen! Bobby was vaguely annoying ( btw, I'd love to read a book set in M's Mazely Manor!)

Bets. She at least had a personality. Daisy was just a spare part - Larry and Daisy, as far as i could see, were just there to make up the numbers.
Bets or Dinah?

Dinah always fierce, and just like a tom boy.

Dinah, though like Alison as well. Actually I chose Dinah cause I myself am really hot-tempered, and extremely scared of creepy crawlies!

Definitely Dinah. Block was creepy.
I particularly liked the way Dinah was played on that New Zealand TV series. Alexis something, the girl was called. I know it wasn't all that popular a series on this forum, but I enjoyed it.

Although I love Dinah, Elizabeth holds more nostalgic memories.
