Oh, I remember Dogger from when I was little too! We didn't own the book ourselves, but it was in the local library. I loved that story, but was always very glad I never lost any of my own cuddly toy animals (of which I had many, far more than Bella's five teddies — and yes, they all fitted in the bed with me)!!
