I got 10/10 as well, but I nearly tripped up on question 6. I couldn't remember if it were the television programme or the radio, then I just guessed it was the former & got it right!

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

Re: Famous Five Club
Hey guys. Bit of excitement yesterday due to high winds a very old tree in our flats ground at the front came crashing down across the road. It was OK when my friend and I went shopping but when we got back the old beech tree was down. It was huge and took ages to clear. It's all in piles outside the flats now. Reminded me of the story about the tree that came down on s storm on Kirrin cottage. Can't recall the title.

Re: Famous Five Club
Hi. Thanks I am on my own on boxing day for the first time so not looking forward to that. My brother hasn't asked me to their place. Do feel very sad at the moment. OK for Christmas day as 3 of us from church are going to a friend's. I might go and watch Walsall football on boxing day. Sue.
