Well, who can blame me when you both have such a glint of mischief in your eyes?!

We don't have any glints in our eyes - even if we had you couldn't see it!

Unless of course you saw it in your dreams!

Oh, it's a permanent glint - so I saw it at the EB Day of course!

Okay, I come clean and admit that Nigel and I made the page. We thought we'd like to see people's reactions and comments without them thinking "Oh, if we say something negative they might feel upset!" or anything like that - we were interested in genuine comments so that we could improve. After Tony's comment, we changed the way the slideshow was shown! Text is not yet complete, I hope to get around to it soon.

At the moment, all the pictures and adding friends was done by Nigel, and the writing by me. I did the background though - it took me ages!

We also thought we'll play a trick on the forum members to see who was the sharpest - it didn't take Anita long to suss us out! By the way, how did you know it was us? Just curious.

Any comments, just bring it out! :D

Well, you left glues by the bucketload!

There were the photos of the EB Day and picnic for a start. And the style of writing in Enid Blyton's "About Me" section sounded just like you, Ming!

Only a handful of books were featured in the slide-show but they included some of Nigel's favourites, like The Sea of Adventure and Five Go to Smuggler's Top (which was captioned "One of Enid's greatest stories!") Then there was the Secret Seven book with the caption,"And we all wanted a shed!" Definitely a Moonrakerish comment!

As for the orange folder in the Child Whispers photo, that has a damp mark on it which smells distinctly of Leffe Blond!

Good work, by the way! The background of Blyton book covers is amazing!

Gee, I should change them, then!

Only a handful of books were featured in the slide-show but they included some of Nigel's favourites, like The Sea of Adventure and Five Go to Smuggler's Top (which was captioned "One of Enid's greatest stories!")

I gotta tell him off!

He would!

 That was brilliant.

Thanks!

Hmmm..... seems like it was Nigel who left most of the clues - but I did leave the biggest glue of all!

Well, Anita, you really are sharp!

Well done the two of you. The site is great. 8)

I guessed that Ming had created the site - I hadn't cottoned on to Moonraker being involved as well. As I know who was around when the photos were taken, and that Ming's home is apparently like a branch of PC World, it wasn't too difficult!

Good shot, but I'm sure that was after Anita guessed first of all?

And the winner is:

Anita!

Well done Anita! Most of the credit must go to Ming, it was her idea, and as she says, she compiled all of the information as well as the Background. I just put up the slide show and added the YouTube video.

Our inspiration came from the terrible MySpace page that was devoted to her already. Only 10 friends and a pornographic video (which is a link to a phishing program) was an insult to our beloved authoress.

Plus of course, Ming wanted her own Secret Forum!

Yes, our inspiration DID come from the awful page - I thought we could do better!

Well I knew it had to be someone who was at the EBS day but when Ming and Moonraker denied it I believed them. Trusting soul that I am I see that I shall have to get up much earlier in the morning to catch on to you two.

It is a very well done page and a worthy tribute to our Enid. Well done to you both.

You get up when you usually do, Lucky Star. With holidays in full swing, I stay up till 3 or 4, and sleep till 1 or 2! I have adapted myself completely to British time.

You'll end up going shopping at midnight and turning up for school at midday. :D

That's pretty impossible Lucky Star - the shops all close at seven. They were open till eleven or twelve previously - but now all are closed at seven "in order to save electricity" - I really can't find any benefit in it - we still have power failures every day!

Plus, I loathe shopping - unless of course it's going shopping in a bookstore or a bakery, and with my dad - then it's all wonderful! :D

Everytime my dad, my younger brother and I (people remark that they must be brothers and sisters, or friends  ) go out, to pick my older brother from extra coaching, we eat out, and when we get back home, we eat a mouthful of shouts from my mum.

School - who cares about it?!
