Best Mince Pies 2022??

I like mince pies but only in December. Couldn't eat one in any other month.

Yes, I'm with you on that IceMaiden.

But after the amount and variety I sample each year I probably need twelve months to get over last years!!

Well, I tried one of my favourite pies with my wife last night whilst watching the All Creatures Great & Small Christmas special.

What was my fave mince pie ever like?
Well, I'm going to need a second opinion/pie to really give my full review.

I will try another later on and give my honest appraisal...

My aunt bought a treat this afternoon that made me immediately think of Pete's mince pie thread. She had made mincemeat bread and butter pudding!! It's absolutely delicious too! I never even thought about combining these but what a great way to use up leftover mincemeat
