Yes at the public, televised, service we saw the coffin go down through the floor into the Royal vault. However later on there was another private service in which the coffins of both Elizabeth II and Philip were brought back up from the vault and reburied in their final place in the King George VI memorial chapel which is just a few steps from the Royal vault.
