We took ours down yesterday and they are all packed away now. It does indeed look very bare!
We've always taken them down on 6th Jane - and always had to be done before midnight. That was what my mom always believed and what we always followed...which is why I was a bit confused this year when suddenly people were calling the 5th January '12th Night'. I can honestly say its the first time in my life that I've ever heard that Jan 5th is 12th Night! Its always been the 6th to me!
