Nice photos. The second pic is the famous Durdle Door. Love it there. We have our holiday home just above the Door perched on the cliff top. :D

BTW did you know that the 1957 film "Die Sache mit der Schatzinsel" (Five on a Treasure Island) (the British DVD contains a great booklet which the German version unfortunately does not have)

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Enid-Blytons-F ... ure+island" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Special Features:

New High Definition transfer
Fully illustrated booklet with newly commissioned essay by Enid Blyton expert Norman Wright, character biographies and more
Dolby Digital mono audio (320kbps)

https://www.amazon.de/F%C3%BCnf-Freunde ... chatzinsel" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

was filmed in Corfe Castle Village, the first scene with Timmy runing into the antique shop was filmed at Oliver's Bistro (just around the corner from Viv's Ginger Pop Shop), in the castle and at Stairhole Cove/Jurassic Coast (which was used for the boat reaching Kirrin Island scenes)?

It doesn't seem a year since our get-together at Exbury, but it is! It's good to look back through this thread and be reminded of a lovely day. :)
