It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)
Two fathers and two sons go out for the day fishing. At the end of the day they have caught three fish, enough for them all to have one each. How is this possible?

I'm just an old fashioned girl with an old fashioned mind
Not sophisticated, I'm the sweet and simple kind
I want an old fashioned house, with an old fashioned fence

Why did the viper viper nose?
I thought it was "Why couldn't the viper viper nose?"
Because the adder adder 'andkerchief.
I think both versions are right. Since a viper and an adder are two names for the same thing, if it is the same snake, then she can vipe 'er nose because she add 'er handkerchief, but if it isn't the same one, she can't because some other snake has misappropriated it.
Probably a grass snake informed on her.
