Good luck with the surgery and speedy recovery, No 6!

It is the ski slopes & celebrations for us to start the New Year rolling, and some interesting new adventures look set to unfold in January - so our resolutions are to appreciate the journey and enjoy! :D

2016 is apparently going to be one second longer than 2015 was... :wink: The last minute will have 61 seconds! :-D

You want to say that 2016 AD is 86401 seconds longer than 2015 AD. ;-).

Happy 2017, everybody! Here's to writing 2016, trying to turn the 6 into a 7, failing miserably and writing the whole year out again. :lol:

In 2017 I plan to continue getting better at my studies (2015 was a really bad year academically), have a rewarding summer job, visit old friends and make new ones, and see more of America. Because I miss my family so much when I'm not in Bangladesh, I'm hoping to make enough money over the year to make a week long visit home during the summer worth the cost - it's really hard coming home only once a year, and I don't know how my older brother has managed to live in Canada without once leaving for the past 2.5 years!
