Thank you everyone for your good wishes. I didn't receive any books but I did get some book tokens. Erika has done me a birthday tea, cherry pie and ice cream and some cake but no ginger beer.

Yes thanks, John - we stayed in Bouillion surrounded by hills and forests with a river with lots of nesting
swallows all overlooked by a massive medieval castle.
