We had a tornado warning in the morning, but the storm lessened and at noontime we drove to our favorite Italian restaurant in downtown Worcester, Uno's.
When we returned, the storm was over, the house and the 112 year old beech tree still unharmed.
It sure was an unforgettable birthday.
