Ah, Old Peculier is a great favourite of mine. Just finished my supply of Tanglefoot! For a really tasty pint, try Fuller's ESB.Wayne Pyer wrote:Beer for me, though my favourite varies from day to day. Last week it was 'Old Peculiar', this week leaning towards 'Badgers Tanglefoot'.

I voted for Coke, though I only drink the diet kind (just can't stand the taste of regular coke!).
I don't drink coffee at all, and the only time I've ever really drunk tea was at 6am-ish on nightshifts. If I'm having an alcoholic drink it'll be a cocktail (most likely a long vodka) or a bacardi and diet coke. I don't like wine, beer or cider. I'm rather fussy, now I think about it!

I am not a fan of wine really .. I will drink it on family occasions when it's there, but it's not something I particularly would buy unless I was expecting guests. I honestly can't tell the difference between different types. I'd love to try a really, really expensive one one day to see if it tasted any better than they cheapo stuff, tho!

Also, I think after the first taste you'd know it wasn't lemonade.
Someone was telling me there's now cherry pepsi max available, I'll have to try that.

I love Old Peculier as well, it's a great stout.Moonraker wrote:Ah, Old Peculier is a great favourite of mine.
When I lived in Florida I used to love to make Iced Green Tea With Fresh Lime.
I would brew a large mug of Green Tea, allow it to cool, then pour it over a pint glass filled with ice. Then I would cut a Lime into half and squeeze the juice into the Iced Tea.
With No Sugar it's so refreshing, especially on a really hot sticky day (ie: pretty much any day in the 6 months they call summer) after a walk or a swim.
I really miss that now I'm back in England - it's not the same drinking it on a warm or cold day, plus Limes cost 5 times as much, and we don't have room for ice cubes in the freezer.
I went on some great adventures reading the Famous Five books.

Fanta used to be my favorite while I was still in Africa. Recently, I tasted it and it was not as as good as I used to think so. Maybe, it has since been diluted or something of that nature. At the moment, I prefer drinks such as Crush, Sunkist to Fanta.

You don't say!
"You're so sharp you'll cut yourself one day!" Hunchy said going to the door
"So my Mother told me that when I was two years old!" said Julian and the others giggled.
