I'd never heard of Disco Duck, the Crazy Frog Song or the Gummi Bears song ("Nookie, nookie, nookie/Sweeter than a cookie"!!!) before. I obviously haven't missed much!

It seems as if I did, Pete. :D It never occurred to me to check prices for this collection on the internet. I'm surprised that it costs so much. After all, apart from one or two tracks (I quite like the Rolf Harris and Benny Hill songs), it is utter rubbish. Perhaps the most bizarre track is Tiptoe Through the Tulips With Me by Tiny Tim, which is so bad that you have to keep playing it to make sure you're not hearing things!! He didn't have a hit with this recording, but he did dent the charts in 1969 with a version of Jerry Lee Lewis's classic, Great Balls of Fire!

Listen to it for yourself:

Great Balls of Fire was also recorded by Mae West in the early 1970s: another curious recording:

From cheesy to classic. In contrast to the the versions by Tiny Tim and Mae West, listen to Jerry Lee Lewis's original 1957 No 1 version of Great Balls of Fire - one of the greatest rock'n'roll records ever made:

Thanks for the links Eddie, some very different renditions there!

When I think of Tiny Tim,I always think of him singing 'Nowhere Man' in his unique fashion on the Beatles 1968 Xmas Message to their fans....

Im sure you will have already heard it, knowing your encyclopedic knowledge of all things Rock/Cheese/Alternative music forms.......
