HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JULIE!
I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY.

Happy Birthday Julie, hope it's a good one. A bit too chilly perhaps for a Blyton style picnic, but perhaps a bracing nature walk with a steaming cup of cocoa afterwards?

Happy Birthday Julie!
"You're so sharp you'll cut yourself one day!" Hunchy said going to the door
"So my Mother told me that when I was two years old!" said Julian and the others giggled.

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY JULIE
On a side note, I thought of you, Julie, when we watched The Cafe (Sky1) the other evening. Two of the characters in the seaside café were discussing whether Devon of Cornwall made the better cream tea, and whether jam or cream should be spread on the scone first. One of the characters stated the scone is the world's fastest cake. "One bite and it's scone!" (For this to make sense you have to pronounce scone to rhyme with gone and not bone)

Thanks for the wishes, forumites.
I didn't see that programme, Nigel, but we down here in Cornwall always put the jam on first and the cream on top. In my case little jam and lashings of cream!!
