Yes, thankyou everyone, a enjoyed tucking in, and thinking only of myself and not the extra pounds I'd put on
And yes, Dick, we did take the Bentley, and the back seat was full of sand after Morgan had enjoyed his run on the beach.

Julian gave an exclamation and nudged George.

That'll give Hunchy some work to do. I hope you have been connected to the electricity network in the meantime so that he can use a vacuum cleaner. It's been a while since my last stay at the Dene... .And yes, Dick, we did take the Bentley, and the back seat was full of sand after Morgan had enjoyed his run on the beach.
Timmy says it serves Perton right for not buying an estate. Dogs have rights, too.
Well, I'm not sure that Richard would have been able to get out unseen in the boot of an estate, but who am I to argue with Timmy? I'm shivering at the thought of what George would do to me if I did.
Cheers

Yes, I had a lovely day, thankyou Julie,(Jo). And thanks John for the belated wishes.
I'm afraid we do now have electricity here at Owls Dene since you were kept here, Dick. In fact, the room you were locked in is now my bedroom We even have phones that work, TV and Sky. And of course the computer, otherwise how else would I be on this site.

Glad to hear that. This site is a lot more fun with you, so it's a good thing that you received some technological upgrade.I'm afraid we do now have electricity here at Owls Dene since you were kept here, Dick. Are you enjoying the view from the room? As they didn't offer me any books or anything, I didn't have much else to do than to look out of the window when I last stayed there, but it was nice indeed. And as I suppose you have the key, you probably like the room. Hunchy was quite forgetful even back then, so he forgot to hand me the key. Pity, otherwise I'd really appreciated the room more.
Cheers

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY JULIE
Photos? What photos? I don't have any photos! Which trip were you talking of, Moonraker?
PS. Julie - there's nothing in any photos to get jealous of, except perhaps the exotic village scenery!

"You're so sharp you'll cut yourself one day!" Hunchy said going to the door
"So my Mother told me that when I was two years old!" said Julian and the others giggled.
