That is indeed sad news, but it's a nice obituary. I've just looked back at some old EB Day photos - what a lovely, smiling man he was.

Very sad news indeed. And a terrible pity that we almost missed it. Thanks for bringing it to our attention Nigel. I too remember him from the EBS day and recall being amazed by how nice, funny and above all, talented he was. RIP.

I first learned the sad news of Robert's death in my local Brighton paper on 13th September. I also remember first meeting him at The Enid Blyton Day 2006 and being impressed by how pleasant and friendly he was. RIP.

RIP Robert Tyndall. I've seen some of his work on the Enid Blyton Day 2006 review. Here's a reminder of those days with him:
