Yes, I loved your intriguing ending, Daisy. Something I love to do too. It's a page turner leaving the reader wanting more.

Yes - something I try to do as well. Enid was so good at it!

Re: New Weekly Serial
Really enjoyed this week's chapter - although I have to admit I'm a little confused as to what Colin's food contribution was, which he was keeping in the boys' caravan...! I think I must have misread something! Was it spam or tomatoes or chocolate cake?!

Re: New Weekly Serial
Have a guess Rob! I think it's pretty clear!
"What has Colin brought?”
Peter grinned. “Well, he wants to keep some in our caravan,” he said, “but his mother did send two big tins of spam and a bag of tomatoes too.”
“What does he want to keep?” asked Pam suspiciously.
“Have a guess,” said Peter,......"

Re: New Weekly Serial
no...not sure! From what I read further up though I'm guessing its either chocolate cake or biscuits?
Not that it really matters and certainly doesn't spoil the story - but I must admit I had to reread this bit several times and wondered if a line had accidentally been missed out!
