The Enid Blyton Poetry Book

Post by Rob Houghton »

Great starting price with just one day to go! £4.99 plus £1.99 postage.

This is a really great book, full of poems arranged by month. 96 poems by Enid Blyton.

Its the 1945 edition and has a wrapper, which isn't often the case.

I have it in a wrapper like this one, and its well worth having!

'Oh voice of Spring of Youth
hearts mad delight,
Sing on, sing on, and when the sun is gone
I'll warm me with your echoes
through the night.'

Well, whoever won this for £4.99 got a real bargain! I bought mine a good number of years ago - about 15 or 16 years ago - and it cost much more than £4.99. In fact it was £16.50.

Wow!
That was a great buy for some lucky person!

I bet no one on here went for it! I almost bought it myself - to sell - but thought I'd rather let someone else have it who really wanted it. I haven't seen a copy in dust wrapper going so cheaply before.
