Is this a good price for a signed Enid Blyton book?

Lovely books, a bit too pricey for me, but probably not overpriced I would say if one of them is signed.

They are described as being in excellent condition, but they look a bit scruffy to me. Visitors in the Night is the scarcest of the three and at least it is a genuine signature unlike some that appear on ebay!

If they were in excellent condition as opposed to being only in good condition I think the asking price would be very reasonable.
