Try slipping a copy of the Journal into one of the envelopes and see if it fits, Fiona - that's how I checked if my envelope was the right size.

It was a nuisance. An adventure was one thing - but an adventure without anything to eat was quite another thing. That wouldn't do at all. (The Valley of Adventure)

If the envelopes are 'A5' size, Fiona, then they should be fine. :-)

I contacted her on PM and it's all sorted now. SHame Stef doesn't come on here much - but I think she's just very busy. :-)

That was my plan . I've just done it and Journal 55 fitted fine.

According to the label they're C5 which seems to be the same thing. Gosh, I never thought I'd have a whole conversation about the size of envelopes. I'm getting dull in my old age

The C sizes are part of the same international standard system as A4, A5 etc. - they're used only for envelopes and are slightly larger than the A sizes, in order for the corresponding A size to fit into the C envelope. (That is, a C5 envelope will take an A5 document, a C4 envelope will take an A4 document, and so on.)

Well, Nigel you know several Australians, Michael E. or Heather S. for example. Do you think they're all strange? Or do you mean furriners? ;-)
