friends in malory towers

I have been rereading malory towers (after being inspired by you lot!) and i found it strange that each girl is suposed to have one friend. f they are desperate they can make a threesome with two other less popular girls. At the begining Darrell is sad that she can't be alicia's friend because she i...

Has anyone read these and if...

when i was at school, it was the really annoying people who wer good at games, i was terrible, the good ones were always the teacher's pets. I think if i couold have just been allowed to be rubbish at sports then i might have enjoyed it more, but you had to be really good or everyone just made fun o...

new malory towers book

you would have to be quite wealthy though wouldn't you? I can't imagine packing up my kids and sending them off for the term, though sometimes the weekend might be nice! it's a long time to go wwithout seeing your parents when you are young isn't it. I think it would be quite boring for the mums, i ...

parents

hi, don't know if this has already been discussed, but if we assume that you would have to be quite wealthy to send your daughter to Malory Towers, does anyone know what the girl's fathers did for a living. Also, what did their mothers do all term when their children were at school?

I used to be really upset at the end of the last mt, i would have given anything to know what happened next! I am trying to look at th...
